ABSTRACT

The objective of the Certificate Program in Intelligence Analysis is to develop proficiency in a uniform set of core conceptual competencies and skills that all those involved in the support of major national security and intelligence agencies should possess, as well as additional tools important to particular forms of intelligence analysis.

At no time in American history has sound intelligence analysis been a more important public policy concern.  Today, the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence to support national security decision making is rightly at the forefront of government and supporting organizations' actions.
