Classics, Master of Arts (M.A.)

Students choose either the Latin track or the Latin and Greek track. In addition to completing the course requirements based on their chosen track (see below), students are also required to:

  1. Submit a commentary on a Latin or Greek text;
  2. Write a research paper, along with an initial proposal that describes their project;
  3. Present this research paper at the Classics MA Research Conference, usually held at the end of their second year.
