Landscape Architecture, Master of Landscape Architecture (M.L.A.)

Three-Year First Professional Degree Curriculum

47 credits required

Students are required to complete a minimum of 47 credits. An additional 23 credits of leveling courses are required unless waived by the MLA program chair. Students will be advised to take remedial Woody Plant Identification courses (PLSC253 and PLSC254 or equivalent) prior to arrival or in the first year of study at Maryland. The MLA Program requires these courses in order to meet accreditation standards.
