ABSTRACT

The Certificate of Professional Studies in Program Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (CPS-PPME) is a four-course (12-credit) graduate certificate program that provides education for students pursuing or advancing in a career in public, nonprofit, or international organizations. The program will introduce students to concepts and skills in policy analysis, program measurement, and monitoring and evaluation.  Students will learn various approaches to program planning and implementation, in theory and in practice, and will develop analytic and critical thinking skills that will allow them to better serve the public good while advancing their careers.
