Abstract

This certificate program is a four-course (twelve credit) graduate certificate program that is designed to provide skills, knowledge and experience to enable students to analyze and address complex governance challenges.  The certificate will equip students to formulate innovative strategies, to negotiate the complexities of hierarchic bureaucracies and cross-sector networks across local, national, and global settings.
