Abstract

The Certificate of Advanced Study in Special Education is available to students who wish to take graduate courses beyond the master's degree. The minimum number of graduate hours is 60 (of which no more than 30 credits can be applied from another institution). The core of the program consists of special education courses in addition to other coursework within the university as approved by the student's adviser and the special education graduate faculty.
