Abstract

The Master of Professional Studies in Applied Entomology, a 30-credit, 10-course graduate program may be completed in as little as 15 months. Offered through the convenience and flexibility of the online learning environment, students enroll in two 3-credit courses per 12-week term.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a biological field (exceptions can be made with work experience in a biological field and strong letters of recommendation)
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (exceptions can be made with work experience in a biological field and strong letters of recommendation)

  • Description of Research/Work Experience
  • Writing Sample (optional)
  • Supplementary Application (up to two optional, contact department)

*Visa Eligibility: This program is not eligible for I-20 or DS-2019 issuance by the University of Maryland.
