ABSTRACT
Designed for working professionals, the online Graduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Health Data Analysis emphasizes statistical theory and the computer programming skills that are required to manage and analyze health data sets. Offered through the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, the 12-credit, four-course curriculum includes statistics, data management, and data analytics. Upon completion, student will be able to apply health care data analysis and skills in a practical setting, demonstrate effective problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills, and communicate findings with a wide variety of audiences.
