The services offered by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions are designed to meet the individual needs of prospective students. The office provides general information about the University of Maryland through electronic communications, print materials, website, social media, visit programs, information sessions, campus tours and other personal interactions. Admissions staff evaluate undergraduate freshman and transfer applicants (both international and domestic) in order to shape the entering class of students.
